DIR telehealth/in-clinic speech and occupational therapy
DIR®-Floortime™ is a therapeutic model developed by the late Stanley Greenspan. Based on the idea of meeting and following the child's interests and creating moments of joyful interaction that open the door to learning, it is one of the two most prominent treatment modalities for ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and the treatment of sensory integration problems. The DIR approach joins caregivers and therapists to create a team to support a child's development and improve every day family challenges including transitions, eating, sleeping, engaging in family and community traditions and more.
